For the second day in a row, the price of all foreign currency exchange rates continued to decline since the significant increase in foreign currency prices a few days ago.

Foreign exchange rates in Egypt continued to decline for the second day in a row in the National Bank of Egypt.

This was after the Central Bank of Egypt’s decision to raise the interest rate.

The decline in the price of the US dollar led to a slight decrease in gold prices in Egypt on Thursday morning.

The decline in US dollar prices leads to an increase in demand for gold in Egypt as the prices of gold are tied to the prices of the dollar exchange rate.

The price of the US dollar in the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) declined for the second day in a row, by three piasters, recording LE 18.29 for purchase and LE 18.39 for sale.

The price of the euro in the NBE recorded LE 20.0751 for purchase and LE 20.2529 for sale, declining by three piasters for purchase and nine piasters for sale.

The price of the sterling pound at the NBE recorded LE 24.1117 for purchase and LE 24.2987 for sale, declining by seven piasters for purchase and 20 piasters for sale.
