To activate your 2021 health insurance plan, pay your first premium directly to the insurance company (not the Marketplace). Your coverage won’t start until you make payment, so follow their instructions carefully. You may be able to pay online at HealthCare.gov.
Important: Continue to pay your monthly premiums to your health insurance company on time
